Pengenalan

Unit Kesihatan dan Keselamatan Pekerjaan (UKKP) berfungsi sebagai salah satu unit di bawah Sokongan Akademik di Politeknik Port Dickson. Unit ini bergerak seiring dengan Jawatankuasa Kesihatan dan Keselamatan Pekerjaan (JKKP) Politeknik Port Dickson yang fungsinya berlandaskan kepada Dasar Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan PPD dan pematuhan terhadap keperluan akta dan perundangan seperti Akta Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan 1994, Akta Kilang dan Jentera 1967, keperluan standard seperti Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC), Engineering Technology Accreditation Council (ETAC), ISO 45001:2018, MS ISO 9001:2015  dan Ekosistem Kondusif Sektor Awam (EKSA).
