Pengenalan
Unit Penyelidikan, Inovasi dan Komersialan (UPIK) bertanggungjawab dalam pembangunan ekosistem inovasi dan aktiviti penyelidikan dan perlindungan harta intelek terutamanya projek-projek inovasi yang berpotensi untuk diaplikasi. Unit ini menyelaras dan menyediakan platform persidangan dan pertandingan untuk produk-produk inovasi, menyebarkan penemuan hasil penyelidikan dan berkongsi pengetahuan dalam pengurusan penyelidikan serta teknologi-teknologi yang terkini. Unit ini juga berperanan untuk menyelaras dan memantau permohonan geran penyelidikan, memberi perkhidmatan perundingan dan kolaborasi penyelidikan.
Objektif
- Membantu memperkasakan kecemerlangan bakat dalam inovasi dan penyelidikan.
- Membantu menyelaras penerbitan penulisan penyelidikan dan produk inovasi yang berintegriti.
- Menyelaras kerjasama industri/institusi dan komuniti dalam penyelidikan dan aplikasi produk.
